Do you have a cancellation fee?
No we don’t, but please provide us with at least 48 hrs notice. SMS reminders are a courtesy only. It is your responsibility to remember your own appointment.
How long does it take for grooming?
It usually takes 2-3 hours per dog. The time varies depend on the style being cut, condition of coat and your pet’s temperament.
How often does the dog need to be groomed?
We recommend every 6-8 weeks or 2-4 weeks for general tidy up.
What is the difference between Full groom and General tidy up?
The only difference is General tidy up does not include cutting/shortening the body hair length.
My dog has a very sensitive skin and/or problems. What should I do?
We can provide medicated shampoo, sensitive shampoo and flea shampoo at your request, for an extra $5. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own shampoo at no extra cost.
What should I do before bringing in the dog for grooming?
Do not feed them for at least 2 hours beforehand. Ensure they have had plenty of exercise and a toilet break.
